MINIMUMS
Minimum opening order is $300.
$50 minimum on re-orders.
PAYMENT TERMS
USA: Net 30 payable by check (with credit approval), C.O.D., company check, or credit card. For new accounts, we prefer payment by C.O.D. or credit card.
SHIPPING
UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Orders are shipped out of Denver, Colorado.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We understand that occasionally a special order is necessary to fulfill a customer request. In order to cover handling charges we ask you put down a 50% deposit.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
In order to return merchandise you must have a return authorization number (RA#). Please call 1-800 995-2778 to obtain this number. This number must appear on the outside of the package or it will be refused. For returns of more than $50.00 wholesale, please contact your Sales Representative so that we can expedite your request. We are no longer accepting end of season returns. We regret that we cannot accept returns on discontinued or tarnished merchandise. Please contact your Sales Representative or customer service with any questions.
STERLING-SILVER
All Acomo jewelry is made from .925 sterling-silver. Due to the natural softness of sterling, Acomo utilizes stainless steel post ear backs for a more secure fit.
